You can access the Customer Portal in two ways:
1. Via a temporary unique email link.
A temporary link is sent to you by email when you activate your subscription - look for a welcome email from Recharge. A refreshed temporary link is also automatically emailed to you ahead of every subscription processing - just have a look for your latest email from Recharge.
2. Via the Aussielent home page.
You can also log into your customer account via the Login function on the QOTA home page (top right corner). To use this option you must also have set up an Aussielent/QOTA account using the same email address as your subscription.
If you have a subscription but don’t have an Aussielent/QOTA account, create one in under a minute here, https://aussielent.com.au/account/register and the two should magically link up.
